Put your wellies on and come and see the traditional watering of the Harnham Water Meadows!
Hatches will be lifted and the waters will rise, filling the channels, which will overflow onto the grass to make it grow in winter. This demonstration will bring to life how these beautiful meadows are managed. Experts will be on hand to lead the walk and describe exactly how the process works. Suitable for all the family, but no dogs please.
