Turner v Constable: A panel discussion

A panel discussion led by Tim Marlow, with Anne Lyles and Barry Venning. The work of JMW Turner and John Constable have always invited comparison – born a year apart and then posthumously in competition for the title of best-loved depicter of England. Join us for an evening of lively discussion, led by Tim Marlow, Director of Artistic Programmes at the Royal Academy. Anne Lyles is a Tate curator and leading expert on Constable and Barry Venning is  Associate Lecturer in Art History at the Open University.
